摘要
上海市在建世界级旅游城市,作为中国的经济中心上海市在旅游业的管理模式与营销创新方面有许多地方值得关注与研究。本研究围绕“上海市旅游业发展与管理”问题展开,对上海市旅游集散地、上海市闽行区旅游局、上海一日游现状进行了实地调研工作,基本上考察了上海旅游行业宏观现状和微观企业的管理问题,一方面可从中吸收和借鉴上海旅游业优秀的管理经验,另一方面为上海市建设成为世界一流旅游城市提供调研数据上的支持,从实践中挖掘问题并提出改进的相应对策。

On the one hand, it has promote the combination between tourism management professional course study and marketing theory better, it can be a precious reference from Shanghai tourism management experience, Also, it is helpful to change Shanghai city into a world-class tourist city through providing support on survey data.
