摘要
[目的/意义]在大多数的高校图书馆都已经初步建立了新型在线服务体系的前提下,各大高校图书馆如何真正提升其在线服务能力仍然是个严峻的问题。针对高校图书馆新型在线服务体系及构建策略展开研究,阐释我国高校图书馆新型在线服务体系建设及服务道路未来的发展走向。[方法/过程]围绕"如何利用技术层次的创新实现用户体验革新"这一关键点,以理论联系实际的研究原则为基础,整合高校图书馆新型在线服务体系的构建现实与相关理论,提炼出最终研究结论。[结果/结论]着重提出针对高校图书馆现实状况构建新型在线服务体系的有效策略。
[ Purpose/significance ] University library services are supposed to advance in order to meet the requirement of dramatic changes of information storage, transmission mode and technology nowadays. Although a large number of libraries in universities have established new online service system, there are still some severe problems about how to improve the use of library online service. This paper focuses on the studies on new online service and its construction strategy in university libraries so as to present the development road of the library online service and its construction. [ Method/ process] Surrounded by the key point of positive changes of user experience caused by technological innovations, the methodology is based on the reality of university - level library online service system, combined with concerned theories. [ Result/conclusion ] Aimed at the real situation of university libraries, efficient strategies are presented for online service system.
