摘要 目的探索在临床见习及实习期间以提高实际能力的教学方法及效果评价。方法在医学实践教学中以某个化验检查为切入点,逐渐深入分析,激发学生的思考及兴趣,全面的横向联系,以提高他们分析问题及解决问题的实际能力,并通过问卷调查分析新的教学方式的效果。结果 1两级学生对新的教学方式都非常感兴趣或很感兴趣,进入临床实习期的学生更感兴趣,两组有差异,P<0.05。2对新教学模式,绝大部分学生认为对他们掌握知识、扩展知识面、提高分析问题的能力、实际工作能力的提高、学习兴趣性的培养都有非常大的帮助。3两级学生对新的教学方式给予肯定,都喜欢新的教学方式,两组比较无统计学差异,P>0.05。结论新的教学方式更能激发学生学习兴趣,扩展知识面、提高实际能力,是学生非常喜欢的一种教学模式。 Objective To explore the clinical trainee and internship in improving the effectiveness of teaching methods and evaluation of actual capacity. Methods Teaching in medical practice as an entry point to a certain laboratory tests,and gradually in-depth analysis,to stimulate students ' thinking and interest in full horizontal linkages in order to improve their ability to analyze problems and practical problem-solving,and analyzed new teaching through questionnaires. Results 1 Students of two grade were all very interested on the new teaching mode,but the one in clinical internship were more interesting,there were significant differences between the two groups,P〈0. 05. 2The majority students thought that the new teaching mode had a big help in the ability of acquire knowledge,expanding aspect of knowledge,improving the capabilities of analytical problem and actual work and developing the interesting of learning. 3Students of two grade were all recognized and very like the new teaching mode. There were no differences between the two groups,P〈0. 05. Conclusions New teaching mode is one of popular teaching modes,can stimulate students' interest in learning,expanding aspect of knowledge and improving the actual capacity.
