补肾生血法对慢性再生障碍性贫血患者CD4^+CD25^+Treg的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Kidney-Supplementing and Blood-Generating Method on CD4^+CD25^+Treg of Patients with Chronic Aplastic Anemia

摘要 目的:探讨补肾生血法对慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)患者外周血CD4+CD25+Treg的影响,进一步阐述补肾生血法治疗CAA的疗效机制。方法:应用流式细胞术检测CAA患者治疗前后外周血CD4+CD25+Treg的表达水平。结果 :治疗组治疗前患者外周血CD4+CD25+Treg水平低于正常对照组(P<0.05),治疗后外周血CD4+CD25+Treg水平较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后与正常对照组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:补肾生血法通过提高CAA患者外周血CD4+CD25+Treg的表达水平,抑制异常的细胞免疫状态,以促进骨髓造血功能的恢复。 Objective:To explore and discuss the effect of kidney-supplementing and blood-generating method on CD4+CD25+Treg level in peripheral blood of patients with chronic aplastic anemia(CAA),so as to elabo-rate the mechanism of kidney-supplementing and blood-generating method for treatment of CAA. Method:The CD4+CD25+Treg level in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry before and afrer treatment. Re-sults: Before treatment,the CD4+CD25+Treg level in peripheral blood of the treatment group was lower than that of the normal control group(P〉0.05). After treatment,it was significantly higher than that before trat-ment(P〈0.05). After treatment,there was no statistical difference between the CD4+CD25+Treg level in pe-ripheral blood of the two groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion:The kidney-supplementing and blood-generating method can improve the level of CD4+CD25+Treg,inhibit immunity of abnormal cells and promote the recovery of hematopoiesis function of marrow.
