中西医结合治疗晚期大肠癌68例

Sixty-eight Patients with Advanced Colorectal Cancer Treated by Integrated Treatment of Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合方法治疗晚期大肠癌的临床疗效。方法:68例晚期大肠癌患者给予扶正抑瘤口服液联合细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞(CIK)细胞治疗,主要观察指标是治疗前后免疫状态(血清CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、NK细胞)及临床症状变化,次要观察指标是不良反应。结果:扶正抑瘤口服液联合CIK细胞治疗后外周血CD3+、CD4+、NK细胞上调,CD8+下调(P<0.05)。患者治疗前后中医症状总积分,显效有2例(2.9%),进步35例(51.5%),无效31例(45.6%)。治疗后无明显不良反应。结论:中西医结合方法能有效治疗晚期大肠癌,延长患者的生存期。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of integrated treatment of Chinese and western medicine on advanced colorectal cancer. Methods：Sixty-eight patients with advanced colorectal cancer were treated with Fuzheng Yiliu Oral Liquids combined with CIK cells. The primary outcome measures were im-munity（including CD3＋ cells,CD4＋ cells,CD8＋ cells,CD4＋/CD8＋ and NK cell） and clinical symptoms. The secondary outcome measure was adverse reactions. Results：Compared with that before the treatment, the CD3＋ cells, CD4＋ cells and NK cells were diseased（P〈0.05）. For the symptom scores,2（2.9%） patients improved significantly,35（51.5%） patients improved and 31（45.6%） patients did not improve. No adverse re-actions were observed. Conclusion：Integrated treatment of Chinese and western medicine had effect on ad-vanced colorectal cancer and it can prolong the patients ’ life.
