光学靶向分子探针介导内窥镜诊疗技术的研究进展

摘要 恶性肿瘤的发病率正逐年上升,很多肿瘤的发病早期无明显临床症状,目前的常规检测手段在发现时已经进入中晚期,失去根治机会。然而超早期诊断和治疗能有效提高肿瘤的治愈率。随着人类蛋白质组学研究的不断进展,从分子水平超早期诊断和治疗肿瘤的研究成为医学研究的热点。现研究表明,光学靶向分子探针介导内窥镜检查有望成为肿瘤超早期诊断和治疗的新技术。本文将结合国内外文献对光学分子探针、靶向分子受体和光学分子内窥镜成像技术进行综述,探讨光学靶向分子探针介导内窥镜诊疗技术的科学性和实用性。
