Virus spectrum analysis of respiratory infection of children in Shunyi district of Beijing from 2011 to 2013

摘要 目的分析北京市顺义区儿童呼吸道感染病毒谱。方法利用实时荧光PCR法和多重RT-PCR法,对2011年-2013年收集的161份患儿咽拭子标本进行9种常见呼吸道病毒的检测。结果在161份样本中,儿童呼吸道病毒阳性率为40.37%,其中呼吸道合胞病毒和鼻病毒阳性率最高(6.83%),其次为肠道病毒(4.35%)和副流感病毒(3.73%),多种病毒混合感染阳性率为11.18%;RSV和HRV在各年龄组均有检出,但在<1岁年龄组中检出阳性率最高;不同季节检出的优势呼吸道病毒也不同。结论呼吸道合胞病毒、鼻病毒、肠道病毒和副流感病毒是顺义区儿童呼吸道感染病例的主要病原体,且不同年龄组、不同季节的病毒谱不同。 Objective To analyze the virus spectrum of the respiratory viruses in children in Shunyi. Methods By real- time PCR and multiplex RT- PCR,nine respiratory viruses were detected in 161 clinical respiratory specimenses with children collected from 2011 to 2013. Results The total positive rate for the virus detection was 40. 37% in 161 specimens,among them the virus of the highest positive rate( 6. 83%) was respiratory syncytial virus and rhinovirus,then renterovirus( 4. 35%) and parainfluenza virus( 3. 73%),the positive rate for mixed infection was 11. 18%. RSV and HRV were detected in every age group,but the group of the highest positive rate was the 0- 1 age group. The positive rate for the virus detection was different in different season. Conclusion Respiratory syncytial virus,rhinovirus,renterovirus and parainfluenza virus were the main pathogens leading to respiratory infection of children in Shunyi. The virus spectrum could be different according to the different age and the season.
