ALT参考区间的建立以及血脂对ALT的影响

The establishment of ALT reference intervals and the influence of the blood lipids to ALT

目的建立铁岭地区ALT参考区间,同时分析血脂(TG、TC)对ALT的影响。方法从铁岭地区、周边农村、铁岭市中心医院体检中心共招募表面健康受试者921人,年龄为20岁~79岁,其中男性407人,占44.2%;女性514人,占55.8%。用奥林巴斯AU5400全自动生化分析系统检测ALT和血脂,用IFCC推荐的非参数方法建立参考区间,用2个独立样本进行t检验、Pearson相关以及偏相关分析血脂(TG、TC)对ALT的影响。结果 ALT参考区间:男性为9.95 U/L^53.33 U/L,女性为7.49 U/L^41.30 U/L。结论 TG、TC与ALT呈正相关,并且TG与ALT独立相关。TG与ALT的相关性要高于TC与ALT的相关性。

Objective Establish reference intervals ALT in Tieling,while analyze the impact of blood lipids（ TG,TC） to the ALT. Methods From Tieling area and the surrounding countryside,Tieling central hospital medical center recruited 921 apparently healthy subjects. Age ranges from 20 years to 79 years. There were 407 males,accounting for 44. 2%; 514 female,accounting for 55. 8%. ALT and lipids were detected by the OLYMPUS AU5400 automatic biochemical analysis systems,reference intervals was established with the IFCC recommended non- parametric method,samples t were tested with two independent samples,and analyzed the influence of Pearson correlation and partial correlation of blood lipids（ TG,TC） to the ALT. Results ALT reference interval for men was 9. 95 U / L- 53. 33 U / L and females was 7. 49 U / L- 41. 30 U / L. Conclusion TG,TC are positively correlated with ALT and ALT was independently associated with TG. Correlation between TG and ALT is higher than the TC and ALT correlation.
