绍兴市售婴幼儿配方粉中阪崎肠杆菌污染状况分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解绍兴市售婴幼儿配方粉阪崎肠杆菌的污染状况。方法依照GB 4789.40—2010《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验阪崎肠杆菌检验》和《国家食品污染和有害因素风险工作手册》,经过前增菌、增菌、分离、生化鉴定,对样品进行检测分析,同时对检出的菌株进行相关药物敏感试验。结果共检测114份样品,检出率为12.28%,其中婴幼儿配方奶粉检出率为11.54%,谷物辅助食品检出率为13.89%。检出量为0.36 MPN/100 g^7.5 MPN/100 g。结论绍兴市售婴幼儿配方粉有阪崎肠杆菌污染,婴幼儿存在一定的感染风险,相关部门应引起重视并加强监管力度,以保障婴幼儿的健康成长。 Objective To understand the contamination status of Enterobacter sakazakii in infant formula powder sold in Shaoxing. Methods According to GB 4789. 40—2010 the National Food Safety Standards,Food Microbiology Test of Enterobacter sakazakii Inspection and National Food Contamination and Harmful Factors Working Manual,after pre enrichment,enrichment,isolation,biochemical identification,the samples were tested and analyzed,at the same time,the drug sensitivity test was performed on the strains. Results A total of 114 samples were detected,and the detection rate was 12. 28%,including infant formula milk powder detection rate was 11. 54%. The detection rate of grain auxiliary food was 13. 89%. Detectable amount was between 0. 36 MPN /100 g- 7. 5 MPN /100 g. Conclusion Enterobacter sakazakii pollution exists in infant formula powder sold in Shaoxing,and there is some risk of infection in infants,and the relevant departments should pay attention and strengthen supervision to ensure the healthy growth infants.
