摘要 针对目前某航天产品装配车间存在的串行周期长、人员分配不合理、难以满足批量生产任务等问题,提出了参数化的装配单元划分以及数据驱动下的三维仿真模型生成方法。基于三维仿真软件平台QUEST,借助XML跨平台数据交换技术,建立了物流模型参数化配置系统,实现装配单元快速划分下的仿真模型自动生成。通过对某航天产品实施单元化装配前后的生产能力、人员利用率对比,表明参数化的装配单元设计方法能够为企业装配工艺规划的快速调整与评估提供有力的数据支持。 For the issues that exist in the current aerospace product assembly plant, for example, the serial cycle is long, the staff assignments are unreasonable and the assemble mode is difficult to meet the production tasks, the method of parametric assembly cell division and three-dimensional model generation based on data-driven is put forward in this paper. With the three-dimensional simulation platform QUEST and XML cross-platform data exchange technology, a configuration system of logistics parameters model is established to achieve rapid division of assembly cell and automatic generation of simulation model. By comparisons between the production capability and personnel utilization of a particular model that unitizes assembly process, the result indicates that the parametric assembly cell design method of building models can provide enterprises with strong data support, which helps the enterprises adjust and optimize the layout of the assembly process quickly.
