摘要
通过试验,研究了不同工艺参数注塑成型的PVDF试样以及同等工艺参数下不同质量百分比短切纤维增强PVDF的力学行为,探讨了熔体温度、注射压力以及增强纤维含量对PVDF力学性能的影响趋势,为PVDF的工程化应用提供参考。
The mechanical behavior of PVDF coupon which is molded by different processing parameters is studied by experiment, and the mechanical behavior of PVDF which is reinforced by different percentage of short carbon fiber is also studied. The effect tendency of melt temperature, injection pressure and the fiber percentage on mechanical behavior is discussed in this paper. The aim is to provide the reference for manufacturing.
