焊缝相控阵超声检测(PAUT)国际标准有ISO和ASME两大体系,各有千秋。本文择要介绍并简析最新版ISO 13588:2012有关PAUT方法和评定要领。意在借鉴ISO该标准,比照ASME相关规范,结合国情,敦促及时制订出我国适用的承压设备焊接接头PAUT标准。

There are two big international systems on phased array ultrasonic testing（PAUT）for welds：ISO and ASME,each has its own merits.Here presents the essentials of PAUT techniques and data evaluation given in the updated edition of ISO 13588：2012.The intention is to use this ISO standard for reference against the related ASME Code,considering the domestic conditions,and promote developing our national PAUT standard for welds of pressure vessels in time.
