Exploration and construction of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing comprehensive experimental course

针对目前制药企业对人才综合素质的需求,结合中药制药专业特点,吸收现有高校综合性实验教学的实践经验,以"制药企业命题-学生立项实施-老师指导考核"为主题,以开放性、实用性和创新性为特点,开展中药制药综合实验教学,依靠多效的评价机制,激发学生的主动性和创新性,提升大学生的科技创新能力,从而培养符合企业需求的中药学专业人才。

This paper is written on the basis of talent demands of pharmaceutical enterprises by absorbing the existing practice of comprehensive experimental teaching experiences, and selecting ＂pharmaceutical enterprise proposition-student applying project-teacher instruction evaluation＂ as the theme. An integrative experimental teaching is explored and set up in accordance of the characters of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing which is open, practical and innovative. The initiative and creativity of college students are stimulated by the multiple effect evaluation mechanism and the professional talents of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing are cultivated for the pharmaceutical enterprises.
