摘要
针对临床医疗工作与住院医师规范化培训工作的特点,结合本单位实践经验,从思想上充分重视,在完善培训制度,建立合理的人员结构、实行切实可行的培训措施,严格考核制度等方面进行了探索并形成了自己的特色。
Aiming at clinical medical work and characteristics of standardized training of resident doctors, the authors formed their own unique experience which included the following points, namely： paying attention to relative work, completing training system, building reasonable personnel structure, implementing feasible training measures and strict examination system.
