摘要
目的:探讨细胞因子TNF-a、IL-6异常表达对输卵管性不孕患者的影响。方法:选取2012年9月至2013年8月因"不孕"在本院行腹腔镜手术治疗的病例45例作为视察组和因"子宫肌瘤及卵巢良性肿瘤"行腹腔镜手术患者47例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫法(Elisa法)测定两组患者腹腔液中TNF-a、IL-6水平。结果:对照组中TNF-a、IL-6水平明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:细胞因子TNF-a、IL-6水平在输卵管性不孕患者中的表达异常升高,其细胞毒性可能导致输卵管性不孕发生。
Objective： To investigate the effects of the abnormal expression of cytokines TNF-a and IL-6 in patients with tubal infertility. Methods： Forty-five patients with tubal infertility and 47 patients with hysteromyoma and benign ovarian tumor,who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital between September2012 and August 2013,were included in the study group and the control group,respectively. Enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay（ ELISA） was used to determine the levels of TNF-a and IL-6 in peritoneal fluid of the two groups. Results： The levels of cytokines TNF-aand IL-6 in the control group were significantly higher than those in the study group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The levels of cytokines TNF-a and IL-6 are abnormally high in patients with tubal infertility,and the cell toxicity may result in tubal infertility.
