摘要
为了提升生产测井地面装备技术水平,基于超越地面系统进行了八扇区水泥胶结声波测井模块化设计。模块设计主要包括硬件和软件两部分。在模块化设计过程中应用16位高速A/D转换器,并采用嵌入式开发技术、FPGA开发技术等,从而使八扇区声波测井仪更好地实现了数据采集、实时处理、数据成像、回放处理及打印等功能,并且现场试验结果表明声波测井模块可以很好地满足八扇区声波测井的需求。
This paper propose a modular design of eight sectors cement bond acoustic logging which is based on the Exceeding Surface Sys- tem to enhance the level of logging ground equipment technology. The modular design makes up of hardware design and software design. During the design of the modular, a 16-bit high-speed A/D converter is applied, and embedded technology and FPGA development technolo- gy are adopted, so that the eight sectors acoustic logging meter can realize the function of data acquisition, real-time processing, data image, playback and print. The result of field test shows that the acoustic logging modular can meet the demand of the eight sectors acoustic logging.
