摘要 在定向井作业时,为了提高钻井时效、降低钻井成本和降低作业风险,采用DRILOG随钻测井系统。定向探管在钻井过程中连续测量井斜角、方位角和工具面角等参数,并实时传输到地面系统,进行实时解码处理,实现连续监测井眼轨迹。采用短钻铤测量法分析探管轴向和径向干扰。文章着重研究了DRILOG随钻测井系统中定向探管的测量质量。通过对探管中加速度计和磁通门的各分量测量数据进行分析,表明探管中加速度计和磁通门的测量精度较高。油田现场作业数据表明:DRILOG随钻测井系统中的定向探管测量精度高、工作可靠、性能良好,可满足现场作业要求。 Using DRILOG logging while drilling system in directional well can greatly improve the effectiveness of drilling, reduce the overall cost of drilling and operating risk. Inclination angle, azimuth angle and tool face angle of a well in the drilling process can be measured con- tinuously by directional probe in DRILOG Logging while drilling system. These parameters are transmitted to surface system and decoded in real time. The well trajectory can be continuously monitored and controlled by DRILOG logging while drilling system. A short drill collar measurement correction method is used to analyze the axial and radial interference. This paper focus on measurement quality of directional probe in DRILOG logging while drilling system. Every component of accelerometer and fluxgate magnetometer is analyzed. The results show that accelerometer and fluxgate magnetometer have high measurement accuracy. The data of oil field indicate that the directional probe of DRILOG logging while drilling system has high measurement accuracy, good performance and high working reliability. It had met the requirements of oil field apphcation.
