摘要
SDZ30B0双感应-八侧向平衡系统的工作是靠八侧向内的平衡活塞实现,在实际生产中,SDZ30B0双感应-八侧向玻璃钢筒内普遍存在气体,影响到仪器油位检查的准确性,使仪器缺油时不能被及时发现,以致造成仪器玻璃钢筒破损现象。文章主要阐述仪器内产生气体的原因及对仪器的平衡活塞装置的改进,从而解决了仪器玻璃钢筒内产生气体的问题。
The operation of SDZ30B0 dual inducted eight-lateral balance system is conducted via its eight-lateral balance piston. In actual production, normally, the existence of inner gas will affect the accuracy of instrument oil level test, for which, the oil shortage may not be found in time and the damage to fiberglass cylinder will be caused. This article aims at elaborating how the inner gas emerges and how to improve the balance piston device, in order to solve the problem of inner fiberglass cylinder gas.
