知母降糖有效部位的质量控制方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究知母降糖有效部位的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别皂苷和双苯吡酮类成分,高效液相色谱法测定皂苷和双苯吡酮质量分数。结果薄层色谱鉴别结果表明知母有效部位含皂苷类、芒果苷、新芒果苷成分。菝葜皂苷元、芒果苷、新芒果苷分别在0.640~5.120、13.50~216.0、18.88~113.3μg/m L范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为102.25%、97.75%、100.42%。结论经方法学考察,本方法能精密准确地测定知母降糖有效部位主要成分的质量分数,可作为知母降糖有效部位的质量控制方法。 Objective To study on the quality control methods of active fraction from Anemarrhenae Rhizoma. Methods The saponins and xanthones were identified by TLC. The contents of saponins and xanthones were determined by HPLC-ELSD. Results The results of TLC showed the active fraction from Anemarrhenae Rhizoma contained saponins,mangiferin and neomangiferin. Sarsasapogenin,mangiferin and neomangiferin showed good linear relationship in the range of 0. 640- 5. 120 μg / m L,13. 50- 216. 0 μg /m L,and 18. 88- 113. 3 μg / m L,respectively. Their average recoveries were 102. 25%,97. 75% and 100.42%,respectively. Conclusion The methods were simple and reliable,which could be used for quantity control of active fraction from Anemarrhenae Rhizoma.
