小儿抗感颗粒复方提取物镇咳镇痛解热作用

Antitussive,analgesic and antipyretic effects of children cold granules extracts

目的研究小儿抗感颗粒复方提取物的镇咳镇痛解热作用。方法以小儿抗感颗粒复方提取物引起半数小鼠氨水引咳所需刺激的时间EDT50、冰乙酸所致小鼠扭体次数以及干酵母所致大鼠发热的体温变化为指标,观察小儿抗感颗粒复方提取物的镇咳、镇痛及解热作用。结果小儿抗感颗粒复方提取物具有显著的镇咳作用,给药后3 h镇咳作用最强;小儿抗感颗粒复方提取物各剂量均可显著减少小鼠扭体次数,提示具有显著的镇痛作用;小儿抗感颗粒复方提取物高剂量组在给药后3 h,各剂量组在给药后4 h可显著降低干酵母所致大鼠体温上升幅度,且呈剂量相关性。结论小儿抗感颗粒复方提取物具有良好的镇咳镇痛解热作用。

Objective To study the antitussive,analgesic and antipyretic effects of children cold granules extracts（ CCGEs）. Methods Cough model induced by ammonia was introduced to obtain the EDT50 of antitussive effect of CCGEs. Analgesic and antipyretic potency of CCGEs were tested with acetic acid-induced writhing model and yeast-induced fever model. Results CCGEs significantly relieved coughs,which reached to the top effect at 3 h after medication. CCGEs effectively reduced the writhing numbers in acetic acid-induced writhing model. The high body temperature caused by yeast injection was reduced by CCGEs with hitting the peak effect at 3 h or 4 h at various dosages. Conclusion CCGEs displays the antitussive,analgesic and antipyretic effects.
