摘要 目的研究含油橄榄叶提取物复配制剂的消毒效果与毒性,为含植物成分消毒剂应用提供依据。方法从油橄榄叶中获得以橄榄苦苷为主要活性成分的提取物,与二氯苯氧氯酚制成复配制剂,按国家标准和规范对其抑菌能力、杀菌能力、稳定性、急性毒性和皮肤刺激性进行评价。结果油橄榄叶提取物与0.1%的二氯苯氧氯酚等制成复配制剂稳定性强;对大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有良好的抑制作用,对白色念珠菌抑制能力明显高于单独组分,对上述病原体2 min杀菌率超过99.99%,急性经口毒性属于实际无毒,一次最大限度灌胃后对血清生化指标基本无影响,无皮肤刺激性。结论该复方制剂抗菌活性强,可用于皮肤局部消毒。 Objective To study the disinfection efficacy and toxicity of the compound containing olive leaf extract for disinfectant application containing botanical ingredients. Methods The compound disinfectant was made up of the olive leaf extract containing oleuropein,triclosan,ethanol,and etc. Antibacterial test,germicidal test,stability,acute toxicity and skin irritation test were carried out according to hygienic standard for disposable sanitary products and standardization for sterilization techniques. Results The compound disinfectant was composed of 0. 2 g olive leaf extract,0. 1% triclosan and etc. Antibacterial ability of this disinfectant was higher than that of pure olive leaf extract. Disinfection rates of this disinfectant were coincidentally over 99.99% for Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans in 2 min. This disinfectant also inhibited the growth of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. This disinfectant had significantly higher Candida albicans inhibition ability than its components alone. This disinfectant did not show acute toxicity,skin irritation,and alterations on the main serum biochemical indicators. Conclusion This applied disinfectant shows high antibacterial activity,non-toxicity,and no skin irritation,which is suitable for skin disinfection.
