姜黄素抗糖尿病血管内皮氧化损伤的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)是严重威胁人类健康的慢性代谢疾病,高糖状态下氧化应激是引起糖尿病血管内皮损伤的重要机制。姜黄素防治DM及其血管功能障碍的研究已引起国内外的重视。本文从糖尿病血管内皮的氧化应激损伤及姜黄素对DM及其血管并发症的防治作用、抗氧化保护血管内皮的机制、应用展望4个方面进行综述,为增强糖尿病血管损伤及其并发症的防治效果提供新的思路。 Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder that has been known as a major health problem worldwide. Oxidative stress plays a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of diabetes complications,both microvascular and cardiovascular damages,induced by hyperglycaemia. Curcumin has showed therapeutic potential in the diabetes and its complication vascular dysfunction. In this review,we summarize oxidative damages of vascular endothelial in diabetes,antioxidant mechanisms of curcumin,the protective effects of curcumin on vascular endothelial cells and target organs from oxidative stress in diabetes and the prospective usage of curcumin in diabetes,which may provide an evidence for novel therapeutic strategy in management of diabetes.
