摘要 复杂系统为军队获得战场优势发挥着重要作用,而系统成熟度则为其科学发展提供了决策支持工具。开展系统成熟度评估,是推动国防科技进步和武器装备建设科学发展的有效举措。详细阐述了系统成熟度评估方法的主要步骤,扼要分析了系统成熟度在国防采办、武器装备体系、可靠性预测、试验鉴定投入决策、复杂系统全寿命周期等军事领域以及先进化石能源等非军事领域的应用价值。 Large-scale complex systems play signiifcant roles on ifeld dominance for military, while System Readiness Level can support their scientiifc development as a decision-making tool. System readiness assessment can provide an effective basis for advancing defense technologies and weapon equipment construction. Here, assessment method for System Readiness Level was reviewed in detail. In addition, application values for System Readiness Level upon military aspects, including defense acquisition, equipment system, reliability predictions, test & evaluation investment decisions as well as full lifecycle for complex systems, and non-military aspects such as advanced fossil energy, were analyzed to the point.
