随着我国居民收入的不断提高及生活节奏不断加快,传统小吃这一行业也愈来愈倍受人关注.传统小吃对于我国整个餐饮市场的发展,对人们生活质量的提高乃至整个社会经济的发展都有着较为重要的意义.陕西中部平原是号称"八百里秦川"的富庶之地,用各种烹饪原料制成的传统小吃,品种多而且全,都有着不同的趣闻轶事,贯穿其中描绘成一幅幅饮食文化的美丽画卷.文章介绍了陕西关中传统小吃的概况、重点分析了传统小吃的主要种类,提出了发展传统小吃的思路.

With the continuous improvement of people＇s income in our country and the accelerating pace of life,the industry is also more and more attention to the traditional snacks.Traditional snacks for the development of the catering market in our country,the improvement of people＇s life quality and even the entire social and economic development is of important significance.In central shaanxi plain is the rich land,known as the ＂eight hundred li qinchuan＂,in a variety of cooking ingredients of traditional snacks,and more complete variety,have different anecdotes,portrayed as elegantly diet culture which has a beautiful picture.This paper introduces the general situation of shaanxi guanzhong traditional snacks,key analyzes the main types,puts forward the development thoughts of traditional snacks.
