摘要
贵州铝土矿矿产资源丰富,黔北务正道地区是贵州重要的铝土矿成矿区,大竹园铝土矿就属于道真铝土矿带。大竹园铝土矿按有色行业的采矿方法,贫化率高、效率低下、安全隐患较高。为了使矿山的开发利用实现更大的效益化,提出了采用综合机械化开采工艺对矿山进行合理开发。综采工艺在铝土矿中使用,是跨行业的新工艺,该文结合大竹园铝土矿的实际地质情况和矿岩特征,对比煤炭系统的综采工艺要求作出分析研究,为同类矿山的开发利用提供重要的借鉴意义。
Guizhou is rich in bauxite resources. Wuzhendao region is an important bauxite metallogenic zone in Guizhou. Dazhuyuan Bauxite Mine belongs to Miehizane bauxite zone. According to the mining methods of nonferrous metals industry, such problems as high dilution, low efficiency and high security risk exist in the mining of Dazhuyuan Bauxite Mine. In order to make the exploitation and utilization of mine achieve greater benefits, fully mechanized mining technology was adopted for the rational development. The application of fully mechanized mining technology in bauxite mining is a new cross - industry technology. Combining with the geological condi- tions and ore and rock features of Dazhuyuan Bauxite Mine, the requirements of fully mechanized mining technology in coal system were analyzed, serving as an important reference for the exploitation of similar mines.
