摘要
矿山并下采用点柱式上向水平分层充填法开采,因在使用尾砂充填过程中存在着尾砂容易板结、搅拌不均匀、充填浓度低,不能满足充填工艺的需求。通过对铁矿充填项目的设计改进实践,阐述了立式砂仓喷嘴的重要性,并针对喷嘴在充填系统中的适应性设计要点进行了探讨。
Upward flat - back cut - and - fill method with paction, uneven stirring and low filling concentration, pointed props is used in pit mining. Due to the com- tailings fail to meet the requirements of filling. The design of iron ore filling project was improved and then the importance of nozzle of vertical sand bin was described. The adaptive design of nozzle of vertical sand bin in filling system was also discussed.
