山苦茶对TNF-α、CRP和VEGF水平的影响

The effects of Mallotus furetianus on levels of plasma TNF-α,CRP and VEGF in atherosclerosis animals

摘要 目的研究山苦茶对动脉粥样硬化(Atherosclerosis,AS)大鼠的肿瘤坏死因子α(Tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)、C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)水平的影响。方法一次性腹腔注射700 000 U维生素D3和高脂饮食建立AS大鼠模型,连续灌胃给予山苦茶高(0.081 g/kg)、低剂量(0.026 g/kg)9周,处死大鼠,取血液置入EDTA管,1 500 r/min离心10min,测定上清液中TNF-α、CRP和VEGF水平。结果山苦茶提取物高、低剂量均能显著降低AS大鼠血浆中TNF-α、CRP和VEGF水平(P<0.01)。结论山苦茶可以降低AS状态下炎症介质和血管内皮生长因子水平。 Objective To investigate effects of Mallotus furetianus on levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), C - reactive protein(CRP) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in atherosclerotic rats. Methods Atherosclerotic rat models were established by intraperitoneal injection of vitamin D3 at dose of 700 000 U per rat combined with high fat diet. Extracts of Mallotus furetianus were given to the rats at high(0.081 g/kg) and low(0.026 g/kg) doses for 9 weeks.Then the rats were sacrificed and the blood samples were collected, centrifuged at 1 500 r/min for 10 min, the levels of plasma TNF-α, CRP and VEGF were determined. Results The levels of plasma TNF-α, CRP and VEGF in the atherosclerotic rats given high and low dose of Mallotus furetianus were reduced. Conclusion Mallotus furetianus can reduce the levels of inflammatory mediators and VEGF in atherosclerotic rats.
