农业机械用户使用满意度评估及相关对策研究——基于江苏地区农机驾驶员的调查分析

Study on Assessment and Countermeasures of Agricultural Machinery User's Using Satisfaction——based on the Research and Analysis of Agricultural Machinery Drivers in Jiangsu Province

从用户满意理论出发,在分析农业机械人机系统关系、用户满意度测评方法等基础上,用社会调查的方法在江苏地区随机抽取一定数量的驾驶员样本,对其展开基本信息及对现有农业机械使用满意度的调查研究。调查发现女性及高学历驾驶员数量增加明显,驾驶员职业心理满意度整体偏低,且各方面满意度在有无驾驶室、性别、驾龄、学历水平等方面存在差异,最终根据结论提出提升用户满意度的相关对策。

Based on the theory of customer satisfaction, by analyzing agricultural machinery human-machine system and assessment methods of customer satisfaction degree （CSD）, many questionnaires were made in Jiangsu Province to investigate the fundamental information of agricultural machinery users and the CSD of existing agricultural machinery in social research method just like Likert scale. The results show that the female and highly educated drivers increase markedly, the total occupational satisfaction is low, and the CSD are different in the presence of cab, the gender, the driver years, the education level and et al, and then some countermeasures are put forward to improve the customer satisfaction.
