摘要
目的:探讨五味子煎剂对2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效及血清IL-2、IL-6水平的影响。方法:选取我科门诊及住院的2型糖尿病病患者88例,随机分为两组,其中对照组44例,予盐酸二甲双胍胶囊常规治疗,1个月为一个疗程,治疗三个疗程;实验组44例,在常规治疗的基础上加用五味子15 g,日一剂水煎服,1个月为一个疗程,治疗三个疗程。治疗结束后,对比临床疗效及治疗前后患者IL-2、IL-6水平、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)及血脂(TC、TG及LDL)。结果:治疗后两组患者IL-2明显升高,IL-6水平明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且实验组IL-2、IL-6水平较对照组明显好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者Hb A1c均有所降低,且实验组Hb A1c较对照组明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者血脂均有所改善,且实验组血脂较对照组明显好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药五味子能明显提高T2DM患者血清IL-2水平、降低IL-6水平,降低患者糖化血红蛋白及血脂水平,提高2型糖尿病临床疗效,对临床具有指导意义。
Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of Fructus Schisandrae Decoction on type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) disease and the changes of serum IL-2, IL-6 levels. Methods: 88 patients with type 2 diabetic patients from our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 44 patients in control group received routine treatment, Metformin Hydrochloride Capsules, 1 months for a course, three courses of treatment; 44 cases in the experimental group, that were given Schisandra chinensis 15g, Japan a dose of de- coot with water, 1 months for a course, three courses of treatment based on the conventional treatment. After the end of treatment, the level of IL-2 and IL-6 levels, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) and blood lipid (TC, TG and LDL) were compared before and after the treat- ments between two groups.' Results: After treatment, the cytokines were improved in both two groups, and the cytokines in the experi- mental group were improved more significantly than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05); In the two groups after treatment, HbAlc were reduced, and the level of HbAlc in the experimental group were decreased more significantly than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05); In the two groups after treatment the level of blood lipid were im- proved, and it was more obviously in the experimental group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusions: Traditional Chinese medicine Schisandra can significantly improve the level of serum IL-2 in patients with type 2 diabetes, reduce the level of IL-6, reduce glycated hemoglobin and blood lipid level, improve clinical curative effect.
