摘要
针对某造纸厂含可溶性COD较多的废水,采用芬顿(Fenton).絮凝法进行处理,通过正交实验和单因素实验,研究了各工艺条件对CODCr去除率和浊度的影响,确定了最佳处理工艺条件。结果表明:在初始pH为4,H202用量为1.32g/L,FeSO4·7H2O用量为2.50g/L,反应时间为50min,PAM用量为1.5mg/L时,废水COD&去除率达到95%以上,出水浊度为2NTU以下。
A study on treatment of papermaking wastewater which contained more soluble COD materials by Fenton- flocculation technology was carried out. Based on the orthogonal experiments and single factor experiments, the effects of various process conditions on CODcr removal rate and turbidity were investigated, and the optimal conditions were determined. The results showed that the CODCr removal rate of wastewater was more than 95%, and the turbidity was less than 2 NTU when the initial pH was 4, H2O2 dosage was 1.32 g/L, FeSO4·7H2O dosage was 2.50 g/L, the reaction time was 50min, PAM dosage was 1.5 mg/L.
