浅议服装企业品牌延伸决策模型

摘要 随着我国服装业的发展、由加工型企业到品牌经营型时代,服装品牌的经营策略也面临着挑战。根据市场现状为赢取发展,我们必须实施品牌延伸策略,赢取发展。实施服装品牌延伸战略需要我们了解消费群体和消费市场,从而制定符合消费群诉求的品牌延伸战略,便于企业开辟品牌延伸战略之路。
