白藜芦醇辅治对腔隙性脑梗死后炎性反应及血液流变学的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察白藜芦醇辅治对腔隙性脑梗死治疗效果和炎性反应及血液流变学的影响。方法将医院收治的60例腔隙性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组给予常规对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上服用白藜芦醇胶囊。比较2组临床疗效、血液流变学和炎性反应指标的变化及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前血液黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞比容和红细胞聚集指数、血清CRP和NT-pro BNP水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组上述指标均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白藜芦醇通过降低血液黏度,减少炎性反应,缓解脑梗死后临床症状。 Objective To observe the effect of resveratrol on inflammatory reaction and blood rheology of patients with lacunar infarction. Methods 60 patients with lacunar infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each. The control group was given the conventional symptomatic treatment. On the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment,the treatment group was given resveratrol capsule. The curative effect,the changes of hemorheology index and the inflammatory reaction index and the adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total efficiency of treatment group was higher than that of control group( P 0. 05). Before the treatment,blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit and erythrocyte aggregation index,the serum CRP and NT-pro BNP levels between the two groups had no statistical difference( P 0. 05). After treatment,The above indexes in the treatment group were decreased significantly( P 0. 05). And the difference of the above indexes between the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion Resveratrol can reduce blood viscosity,reduce inflammation,and relieve the clinical symptoms of lacunar infarction.
