阿维A联合中药治疗寻常型银屑病临床疗效观察

The clinical effect observation of avermectin A combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris

目的探讨对寻常型银屑病患者采用阿维A联合中药治疗的临床效果。方法将180例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为观察组与对照组各90例。对照组给予阿维A胶囊治疗,观察组在阿维A胶囊的基础上给予自拟方中药凉血润肤汤治疗,比较2组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果观察组的总有效率为94.44%高于对照组的71.11%,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率为13.33%,对照组的不良反应发生率为14.44%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对寻常型银屑病患者采用阿维A结合中药治疗,能有效改善患者的临床症状,且不会明显增加不良反应的发生,疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of avermectin A combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 180 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 90 cases in each group. The control group was given avermectin A; the observation group on the basis of acitretin capsule given herbal Liangxue soothing soup treatment. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 94. 44%,which was higher than 71. 11% in control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. The adverse reaction rate of observation was 13. 33%,and that of control group was 14. 44%,the difference was not statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Avermectin A combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris can effectively improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms,and does not significantly increase the incidence of adverse reactions. The curative effect is remarkable,and it is worth promoting.
