临床合理应用西药制剂及其监督管理措施

Clinical rational use of western medicine and its supervision and management measures

目的分析如何合理应用西药制剂及建立监督管理措施。方法将医院自2012年3月-2013年3月所开的西医处方中,随机抽取应用管理前西药处方(对照组)和应用管理后的西药处方(试验组)各133张,分析其临床应用效果。结果经合理化管理的试验组133张药方中合理应用性较高,合理用药率高达91.7%(122/133)明显优于对照组的74.4%(99/133),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在西药临床应用中,应重视其合理化应用的重要性,制定一系列相应完善的监督管理措施,避免不规则西药应用,使临床西药的合理用药率进一步提高。

Objective To analyze how to apply western medicine rationally and establish supervision and management measures. Methods In our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013,266 western prescription were randomly selected,with which 133 pieces from before managment application（ control group） and 133 pieces form after management application（ test group）. Its clinical application effect was analyised. Results The rational drug use rate of test group was 91. 7%,which was higher than that of the control group（ 74. 4%）,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 01）. Conclusion In western medicine,clinical application should be pay attention to the importance of its rationalization of applications,and formulate a series of corresponding supervision and management measures,in order to avoid irregular application of western medicine,as well as further improve the rational use of drugs in clinical medicine.
