HBC-2000 comprehensive treatment instrument combined with frozen mirabilite in the treatment of lactation mastitis

目的探讨HBC-2000综合治疗仪联合冰冻芒硝治疗哺乳期乳腺炎疗效。方法将观察组和对照组各50例的哺乳期乳腺炎,分别采用HBC-2000综合治疗仪联合冰冻芒硝治疗方法与用常规抗生素及热敷配合手法挤奶治疗方法进行比较。结果治疗组的有效率为96%,对照组的82%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HBC-2000综合治疗仪联合冰冻芒硝治疗在治疗哺乳期乳腺炎方面作用显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of HBC- 2000 comprehensive therapeutic apparatus combined with frozen mirabilite in the treatment of lactation mastitis. Methods Patients with lactation mastitis in the observation group and the control group（ n = 50） in each group were treated respectively by using HBC- 2000 comprehensive treatment instrument combined with frozen mirabilite and conventional antibiotics treatment combined with heat compress and manual milking,the efficacy was compared. Results The efficacy of the treatment group was 96%,while it was 82% in the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions HBC- 2000 comprehensive treatment instrument combined with frozen mirabilite treatment performances significant efficacy in the treatment of lactation mastitis.
