尿沉渣全自动分析仪与显微镜检测法在尿常规检验中应用的对比分析 被引量:25

摘要 目的对比分析尿沉渣全自动分析仪与显微镜检测法在尿常规检验中应用的意义。探索更高效的检验方案。方法对我院2014年1—12月临床采集的5000份尿液标本进行常规检测,并且尿常规检验分别选用尿沉渣全自动分析仪和显微镜检测法、干化学法进行。对3种检测方法的检验结果全面记录,最后比对分析。结果测评RBC和WBC的阳性检出率,可见干化学法与其他2种检测方案有显著性差异,具统计学意义(P<0.05)。而两种细胞检出率的结果在显微镜检测法和全自动尿液分析仪检测法的对比时差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在日常工作中,尿沉渣全自动分析仪检测法和显微镜检测法都有比较好的应用。我们在进行尿常规的检验时可以将2种方法有机结合,从而提升检验水准。 Objective Comparative analysis of the significance of urinary sediment automatic analyzer and microscopy inspection in urine detection. Methods 5000 clinical urine specimens from our hospital during January 2014 and December 2014 were collected for analysis,urine test was carried out by automatic urine sediment analyzer and microscopy and dry chemical method. The test results of the three kinds of detection methods were recorded and analyzed. Results The differences of RBC and WBC positive rate among dry chemical method and the other two kinds of detection methods has significant differences( P〈0. 05). And RBC and WBC positive rate between microscopy assays and automated urine analyzer assay showed no significant difference( P〉0. 05). Conclusions In our daily work,both automatic urine sediment analyzer and microscopic detection methods are widely used. When we conduct urine tests we can combine the two methods,so as to enhance inspection standards.
