急诊科酒精中毒患者的护理风险分析及对策

Analysis on nursing risk of alcoholic patients in emergency and countermeasures

目的总结急诊科酒精中毒患者的抢救和护理经验,分析酒精中毒患者护理风险产生的原因,探讨相关防范对策。方法将急诊科收治的86例酒精中毒患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例,对照组给予常规治疗和护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施全过程护理干预,比较两组的意外事件发生率、护患纠纷的发生率和患者满意度。结果观察组的意外事件发生率和护患纠纷发生率明显低于对照组,患者满意度明显高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施全过程护理干预对急诊科酒精中毒患者的病情改善具有重要的促进作用,在此过程中,有必要对护理人员进行急救护理风险教育,降低护理风险,提高酒精中毒患者护理安全系数。

Objective To summarize the experience of rescue and nursing for alcohol poisoning patients in emergency department,analyze the causes of nursing risks which patients produced,to explore the related countermeasures. Methods 86 cases of alcohol poisoning patients in emergency department were randomly divided into control group and observation group,43 cases in each group,the control group was given routine treatment and nursing,the observation group received whole process nursing intervention on the control group.Accident occurrence rate,occurrence of disputes and degree of satisfaction of patients of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group the incidence of accidents and disputes between nurses and patients was significantly lower than the control group,the degree of satisfaction of patients was significantly higher than the control group,with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The implementation of the whole process nursing intervention in poisoning patients in emergency department improves the condition of alcohol plays an important role. In this process,it is necessary to carry out education on nursing risks for first aid nursing staff,in order to reduce nursing risks and improve the nursing safety coefficient for patients with alcoholism.
