波兰高等教育转型发展新趋向及启示 被引量:1

New Trends and Implication of Transformational Development in Polish Higher Education

摘要 1989年东欧剧变后,波兰社会发生了重大变革,其高等教育体制经历了深刻转型,并呈现出一系列发展新趋向。学术研究由"去制度化"走向"重建制度化";办学体制由"私营化"走向"重归公有化";治理导向由"集约化"走向"分层化";发展理念由"守护象牙塔"走向"超越象牙塔"。波兰高等教育转型发展新趋向显示,处理好"规模"与"质量"、"竞争与分层"、"守塔"与"越塔"的关系是高等教育可持续发展的关键。 After Eastern Europe changed dramatically in 1989, Polish higher education system has unctergone profound transformational development, along with significant social reform. The new trends have been emerging: from deinstitutionalization to re-institutionalization in university academic research, from privatization to re-publicization in university running system, from intensity to differentiation in university governance orientation, from defending the tower of ivory to transcending the ivory tower in university developmental ideas. New trends of Polish higher education transformation and development imply that it is critical for sustainable development of higher education to deal with the relationships of quantity and quality, competition and differentiation, defending the ivory tower and transcending the ivory tower.
