摘要
采用叶片浸渍饲喂法测定甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、吡虫啉、啶虫脒、烯啶虫胺、多杀菌素、绿僵菌素对西花蓟马二龄若虫的毒力,并通过Horsfall法和共毒系数法确定最佳混剂和最佳配比。结果表明,不同药剂对西花蓟马若虫毒力大小是绿僵菌素>多杀菌素>甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐>啶虫脒>烯啶虫胺>吡虫啉。绿僵菌素与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐复配表现出最明显的增效作用,当绿僵菌素与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的比值约1∶4时,增效效果最显著。
Toxicity of several insecticides, i.e. emamectin benzoate, imidacloprid, acetamiprid, nitenpyram, spinosad and destruxins against the second instar FranklinieUa occodentalis were tested by leaf-dipping method in laboratory, and the optimum combination and proportion were determined by the Horsfall-method and co-toxicity coefficient. The results showed that toxicity order of the insecticides against the second instar F. occodentalis was that destruxins 〉 spinosad 〉 emamectin benzoate 〉 aeetamiprid 〉 nitenpyram 〉 imidacloprid. The most obvious synergistic effect was observed in the mixture of emamectin benzoate and destruxins with about 1 : 4.
