摘要 目前各种类型头盔外壳都是采用玻璃钢或凯夫拉织物,以树脂黏接剂在成形模中进行裱糊后固化而成,其要求是:等壁厚、不得存在着脱胶、聚胶和气孔现象。由于头盔外壳形状为镂空的橄榄球形,可以采用袋压成形工艺方法。头盔外壳具有弓形高形式"障碍体"时,采用左、右型腔对开的形式进行成形和脱模。当头盔外壳具有凸台和凹坑形式"障碍体"时,可采用刚性模板或模快的结构。在向橡胶袋内通入压缩空气之后,利用模板或模块与凹模之间均匀间隙和压力传递作用,才能成形具有凸台和凹坑形式"障碍体"头盔外壳的形状,并能确保头盔外壳的质量。 At present all kinds of helmet shell are made of the glass fiber reinforced plastic or Kevlar fabric,with the resin adhesive curing after pasting in the mould.The product requires equal wall thickness and no unglued,glue-stacking and stomatal phenomenon.The shape of the helmet shell is similar as a hollowed-out football shape,and the bag pressure method can be adopted in the molding process of the helmet shell.The split form of the mould cavity is used for the molding and defmolding process of the helmet with high arch"obstacle".Rigid template structure is used to form convex or concave"obstacle".The compressed air is filled into the rubber bag and then the helmet with convex and concave"obstacles"can be formed in the cavity between the mould and templates.The beg pressure process can guarantee the product quality.
