摘要 课堂教学共同体是由具有自我统一性和自我完整性的师生在特定的课堂教学活动中以对话、合作、交往为主要形式进行交互式教学、建构教学意义而形成的较为开放的环境系统。构建课堂教学共同体有助于学生的嵌入式发展,促进教师的自我统一,让教学焕发生命活力。课堂教学共同体的构建应遵循由内而外的原则,从创生共同体"师生"的文化着手,到明晰共同体"教学"的本真,最后落脚于搭建联结"师生与教学"的规则。 Classroom teaching community is an open environmental system, in which teachers and students who have unity and integrity in the classroom conduct the interactive teaching and explore the teaching meaning through dialogue, cooperation and communication. The construction of classroom teaching community can help to advance students' embedded development, promote teachers' self-unity, and revitalize the teaching vigor. Some countermeasures from inside to outside should be implemented as follows:to start from the creation of teachers and students' culture,then to clarify the essence of teaching, and finally to form the rules connecting the teacher-student and teaching.
