MOOC Development and Implications from the Perspective of Comparison

摘要 运用比较的研究方法,辨析大规模开放在线课程(即慕课,MOOC)发展历程及其在发展中出现的教育模式——c MOOC和x MOOC。MOOC较之传统远程教育虽然体系仍不完备,但在规模和理念上已经赶超后者。虽然目前流行的课程都是以x MOOC为载体,但是c MOOC以其先进的教育理念和开放的设计思想,仍有顽强的生命力和发展前景。中国MOOC的发展之路要求教育理念基础化、多元化,开发技术本土化,学习环境人本化、个性化,以规避上述教育模式的局限性,理性应对世界MOOC的发展态势,开发适合中国国情的MOOC。 By applying the research method of comparison, an analysis was made of the developmental course and the corresponding educational modes of MOOC, i.e. cMOOC and xMOOC. MOOC system is not as perfect as that of traditional long-distance education, but has overtaken it in scale and ideas. Although the currently popular courses are all based on xMOOC, cMOOC is still very dynamic and enjoys great development prospects due to its advanced educational ideas and open designing ideas. In China the development of MOOC requires the basic, diversified educational ideas, the localization of technological development and the humanistic and personified learning environment in order to avoid the limitations of above educational modes, make a rational response to the development trend of MOOC in the world and develop MOOC suitable to Chinese situation.
