摘要
设计了一套基于PLC、触摸屏、伺服驱动器的五轴机械手控制系统。采用触摸屏做主站,PLC和伺服驱动器做从站的通信方式实现机械手的手动和自动控制。手动模式下,可通过触摸屏实现五个轴任意轴的点动动作和一键回原点动作。自动模式下,机械手可自动运动至原点位、等料位、吸料位、提料位、放料位、返回位等位置,并通过真空吸盘吸取产品进行码垛,实现了产品码垛的自动化。
In this paper,a five-axis servo drive robot control system is present based on PLC and touch screen.Touch screen is the master,and PLC and servo drive are the slaves.With this communication mode,the automatic control and manual control function of the robot is achieved.In manual mode,five axis jog movement and homing action can be implemented by the touch screen.
