摘要
分析了运城某污水厂的自动化控制方案。该系统分成四套独立PLC子站,采用施耐德PLC进行自动控制;厂区网络采用无线网桥的通讯方式,减少了施工布线的难度;对污水厂主要设备的控制进行了详细设计,包括提升泵、格栅机的控制方案和BAF曝气池的详细控制流程等。对了解和掌握整个污水厂的自动化控制系统有一定的参考价值。
This paper introduces the automation and control solutions for a sewage plant in Yuncheng.The system is divided into four independent sub-stations PLC,Schneider PLC automatic control,plant network using a wireless bridge of communication,reduce the difficulty of construction and wiring.The main sewage plant control equipment designed in detail,including the lift pump,grill machine control program and BAF aeration tank of detailed control processes.
