摘要
地铁屏蔽门是安装于城市轨道交通沿线车站站台边缘,将站台候车区与轨行区隔离的一种机电设备系统。无刷直流电机(BLDC)以其易于控制、维护成本低的特点应用于该系统。分析了无刷直流电机电流开环控制中电流的冲击引起的力矩波动、噪音等一系列问题,提出了一种母线电流单电流采样下的电流闭环控制方案,该方案控制了电流以及力矩的波动,同时也以低成本高效率的方式实现闭环控制。同时提出了母线电流闭环换相补偿的方案,提高了电流的稳定性,减小了对设备的力矩冲击,降低了电机噪声,提高了系统稳定性。
Platform Screen Door of the underground is a system of mechanical-electrical equipment,which is set in the station of the city's rail,separating the waiting room from the rail and the train.Brushless DC motor(BLDC) is chosen in the system with the feature of easy to control and low maintain cost.The problems are analyzed that the torque fluctuation and the noise produced by the current open-loop control.The method of current close-loop control based on single bus current is presented,which can well reduce the fluctuation of the motor's current and torque,as well as low cost and high efficiency.The compensation under phase shift of bus current close-loop control is researched,to stabilize the motor's current,and reduce the attack to the equipment and noise, and improve the stability of the system.
