摘要
以汽车尾气余热热电转换模块为研究对象,结合实际应用环境,提出了基于光电耦合继电器的热电转换电压巡检系统总体设计方案,采用光电耦合继电器阵列对不同热电模块进行切换选通,以解决测量时累计电势过高、超出芯片耐压范围问题,并通过电压抬升的方式达到检测热电模块正、负输出电压的目的。整个热电巡检系统采用主从式结构,可靠性高、可扩展性强,实现了对热电模块电压的实时高精度检测。
In this paper,taking automobile exhaust heat thermoelectric conversion modules as research objects,combined with the actual application environment,voltage detection system for thermoelectric conversion modules is designed,which is based on optical relays.The use of optical relays is to switch different thermoelectric conversion modules on the purpose of solving the problem that accumulative electric potential is too high even beyond the withstand voltage of the chip when measuring,and positive and negative output voltage is detected through voltage lifting.Voltage detection system for thermoelectric conversion modules uses master-slave structure with high reliability and scalability.
