摘要
建立了钢坯炉内加热的数学模型,在此基础上提出钢坯加热制度的优化方案,预测加热制度优化后钢坯的温度均匀性及保温时间,并对加热制度优化后加热的钢样取样进行透射电镜分析,确定加热制度优化效果。
The mathematical model of the steel billet heating in furnace was developed, onthe basis of this model, put forward an optimization project of steel billet heating system, after the heating system optimization forecasted the temperature uniformity and keeping teperature time of the steel billet, moreover with regard to the steel billet samples which was heated after the heating system optimization were analysed by transmission electron microscopic, in order to determine the optimization effect of heating system.
