摘要
以有限元动力学原理为基础,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对电机转子导条自动楔紧的过程进行模拟分析,主要分析冲头的强度要求、压槽的深度和导条的宽度变化情况,并将模拟结果与实际冲压楔紧的验证结果进行对比分析,以验证此方法舸靠性。
Based upon the finite element dynamics,the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software was applied to simulate the motor rotor bar wedging process.Analysis in the fields of the punch strength requirement,depth of the press trough and changes of the bar width was done while the comparison and analysis between the results of simulation and actual stamping wedging were performed,verifying the reliability of this dynamic analysis method.
