After running 400,000 km,burning out of the stator-coil leads in the AC traction motor of locomotives occurred in varying degrees.Cause of this kind of burning-out were inspected and analyzed in the aspects from operation,bending process,materials and securing method,and then,the cause was found and solving way was suggested.
