This paper expounds the cause of the failure of the valve closing part and the influence of the pipe system,and the technical requirements of the tensile strength of the valve at the domestic and international standards,and the characteristics of the valve and the test method of the tensile strength of the test device are pointed out. The tensile strength test fixture of the newtype valve is developed by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various test methods.
